Due to the nature of giftable paper cards, all sales are final.

Orders for Valentines have just sent out on the First of February to the Second, please be on the lookout for email updates regarding shipping times email us at info@heypopi.co

Due to the Increase in demand some orders may arrive Post Valentine's Day and we are so terribly sorry if your order has been affected, we are doing our best with our carrier to ensure all orders get on time for your special loved one.

We are offering a Free Card to anyones order who was affected. Email us if that is you and we will send you an additional free card. Thank you so much for all of the recent support with POPI and we hope to make your special days even more memorable. 

We will only be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request.
